It is my sincere request with folded hands to all my colleagues, kindly do not prescribe unwanted medicines to totally asymptomatic patients who has just come in contact with COVID patients as well as also for healthy patients who had mild symptoms without any comorbidity.

As you know sir every drug can be dangerous for a particular type of patient, so let’s be more careful .oh yes if medicines are needed they have to be given but do you think lots of zinc ,multivitamins vitamin c and so many unwanted medicines can do anything good to the patient.

I have seen large number of patient with severe gastritis and allergic reactions to B complex.., multivitamin and also with zinc tablets, let’s not do harm to these totally normal individual turned into patient due to phobia and some of them due to our negligence.
